Illapel: Fiscalía confirmó que hay un detenido por la muerte de un ciudadano extranjero en Salamanca.

Las diligencias continúan su desarrollo a esta hora por parte de personal especializado de la Policía de Investigaciones.

Durante la investigación, el Ministerio Público solicitó diligencias a Carabineros y el Servicio Médico Legal.

Chile Chico: Fiscalía logra condena de 9 años de cárcel contra imputado por femicidio tentado

El sujeto también fue sentenciado a la pena de 300 días de presidio como autor de amenazas condicionales en contexto de violencia intrafamiliar.

El Fiscal Regional, Mario Carrera, y el Delegado Presidencial, Ricardo Sanzana, visitaron la unidad operativa de la Fiscalía en Chacalluta.

Fiscalía de Antofagasta formalizó a conductor responsable de fatal atropello

El imputado quedó en prisión preventiva por cuasidelito de homicidio, lesiones graves y no prestar auxilio a víctimas de accidente de tránsito.

Víctima era hermana de la pareja del imputado. Investigación estuvo a cargo de la Fiscalía Local de Coyhaique.

Abuso sexual: Fiscalía logra condena con cumplimiento efectivo contra sujeto que agredió a niña de 13 años

El sujeto fue condenado a permanecer bajo vigilancia de la autoridad durante los diez años siguientes al cumplimiento de la pena principal, debiendo informar a Carabineros cada tres su domicilio actual.

Investigación es dirigida por el Juzgado de Garantía de Coyhaique.

Fiscalía solicitó prisión preventiva para imputado por robo que registra numerosas condenas por delitos similares

Delitos previos fueron cometidos en otras regiones del país. Juzgado decretó la medida cautelar más gravosa contra el imputado, por considerar su libertad un peligro para la seguridad de la sociedad.

El detenido era intensamente buscado desde abril.
